Pedro’s investor mindset was a key element of this transaction, because he understood what was important to me. This narrowed the focus of our search, and it enabled him to screen the opportunities that were highest probability to meet my investment goals. This mindset also guided how he structured negotiations after the inspections (and influenced what we prioritized for the inspections).
