I initially tried to sell my home as For Sale By Owner. I had no less than 150 real estate agents call me looking to list the property, including Dana. i politely said no thank you but she and only she followed up more than once and sent me updates on the real estate activity in the area around my home for at least 60 days. Her polite no nonsense approach changed my my mind about using an agent at all.
