Year over year, Dawson’s rolling three-month numbers show a big upswing in prices and activity. The typical home value is up sharply compared with last year, rising about 47 percent to just over $1.03 million, far outpacing the broader Austin median. Closed sales have surged as well, with homes sold up more than 160 percent and pending sales more than doubling.
