Year over year, home values in Coleman County have climbed sharply, with the typical home value up nearly 40 percent, even as Texas as a whole has been essentially flat. At the same time, the median list price has dipped slightly compared with last year, suggesting sellers are pricing more cautiously despite those value gains.
