I’m Christina Eschbacher, a Realtor® with United Real Estate | DFW Properties who brings professional marketing strategy, local market intelligence, and hands-on client advocacy to DFW real estate.
A lifelong DFW resident, my real estate experience began in 2014 as an owner and operator of rental properties. I moved into commercial real estate in 2017 and residential sales in 2022. Combined with nearly two decades of business and marketing experience, that background gives me a strategic perspective on buying, selling, leasing, and investing that extends well beyond the transaction itself.
I serve clients throughout DFW with deep roots in the Mid-Cities. After more than 18 years in Euless, I know Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, Colleyville, and surrounding communities firsthand.
For sellers, I don't simply market a property. I build a strategy around it. I use comparable sales, current competition, buyer behavior, property positioning, and targeted marketing to determine how a home should enter and compete in the market. I monitor response and adjust strategy when the market gives us new information.
For buyers, I apply that same strategic thinking differently: understanding the market, identifying opportunities, evaluating leverage, structuring competitive offers, negotiating terms, and helping clients make informed decisions while protecting their interests.
Referrals carry an additional level of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I provide attentive, hands-on service, communicate clearly with clients and referring partners, and connect clients with trusted local professionals when additional support is needed.

Christina went above and beyond for me as realtor. She was stellar from the very first time we met, to now even after closing day.
