Esanet Benedict was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgable, super detail oriented, and you could tell she knew what she was doing/how experienced she is. Every house we'd look at, she'd be able to tell what was wrong with it and things to look out for. She's extremely accomodating and can work with your schedule, and she really does do her best to find you exactly what you're looking for- a house that will fit all your needs. She made the daunting process of house searching and buying smooth sailing. I'm a young buyer, so she made sure I was always informed about things I wouldn't have even thought about. She worked with us so well and not to mention, she is extremely sweet and friendly and had us laughing throughout the process. I've already recommended her to my brother and a friend who are also in the house buying process.

I am a real estate investor and this is my 3rd home purchase with Esy. Esanet Benedict had her challenges with finding a house for our family thats for sure, but she knew exactly what to look for and was very knowledgable about flood zones, taxes, muds and all the neighborhoods! I would highly reccommend her as she is the best that there is out there. She found us an excellent house that was for rent but we were able to purchase it instead. She is top notch at communication, friendliness, and dealing with challenges as they arise. If you dont know the answer, she does!
