Esanet Benedict had her challenges with finding a house for our family thats for sure, but she knew exactly what to look for and was very knowledgable about flood zones, taxes, muds and all the neighborhoods! I would highly reccommend her as she is the best that there is out there. She found us an excellent house that was for rent but we were able to purchase it instead. She is top notch at communication, friendliness, and dealing with challenges as they arise. If you dont know the answer, she does!
