I knew Esy through mutual friends, and decided to use her to help sell my mother's house since I wanted someone that I could trust. Esy was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was always avaialble to answer my many questions, and she was knowledgeable and experienced with regard to sales, strategy, and managing the buyer's agent. I was impressed with her organization and keeping us ahead of deadlines, and I found that she was able to provide insightful input and guidance, while also allowing me to make final decisions. I would definitely recommend Esy to others.

I highly recommend Esanet "Esy" Benedict! She exceeded my expectations throughout the entire selling process and was incredible through every stage of of selling my home. My home was only on the MLS for 14 days and it sold lightening fast! Esy is an ally, friend, and advisor and helped me navigate through a difficult time to sell my house due to a personal loss and major life change. I felt like I was constantly “ahead of the curve” in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Esy's thoroughness and dedication.
