The typical home value sits around $230,000, well below the broader Fort Worth figure of about $337,250, and is projected to stay at $230,000 into April 2026. Sellers are asking a median list price of roughly $265,000, with a slight month‑over‑month uptick of 0.04 percent to a projected $265,050.
Homes in South Hills are taking longer to sell, with the median days on market jumping to 65, up more than 60 percent from the previous month and slightly higher than a year ago. Even with that extra time, it is still a seller’s market, reflected in a strong market gauge score of 9 and an average sale‑to‑list ratio just under 0.99, with more than 26 percent of homes selling above asking.
