October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the county to be $322,400—up 6.4% over the previous 12 months. Henderson County had 143 new listings and 83 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 669—down 5.77% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 669 active listings, 37.07% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Henderson County grew 2.22% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $299,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.

In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 116 days, compared to 157 days in October 2024.
