September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $251,250—down 1.86% over the previous 12 months. Downtown Houston had 13 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 20—up 5.26% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
