Amy Patton assisted our church in the sale of our parsonage. In our initial meetings, she came across as a "Professional." We had contacted another Realtor at a very successful brokerage, but that person was, it seemed, a bit too successful, in that she set up an appointment, but failed to show, with no communication as to why, both before and after. Communication is the key, and that particular agent failed miserably. Amy Patton, throughout the entire process, never failed to communicate, responding to questions, situations, and, in general, shepherding our flock through the process flawlessly. There were a couple of hiccups that she took in stride, responded to and kept those who needed to know in the loop, As for other aspects of the sale, pricing, negotiations, clientele, etc., Amy was nearly impeccable, which was to be expected from an agent of her abilities and knowledge. It would be impossible to find a better Realtor to serve our needs.

Let me start by saying, we have sold 11 homes and bought 12 in our lifetime. Amy is by far and above the best agent we have ever had an agreement with. Amy is amazing. She is diligent, communicative, and is an excellent advocate. She never disappointed us once. Amy and our lender made the most excellent team. Closing was an absolute breeze. Amy is one of those agents that gets what you want from your first phone call. Her knowledge and experience were fantastic, she not only helped us understand the proxess as first time buyers. She also tells us what to look for and what to watch out for.
She cares about her clients and doesn't see them as another number or another commission.

I appreciate her honesty and ability to call out things that are out of the order.
