I was looking for a home while living in another State. I was referred to Jamie through another Realtor. Jamie responded right away and started the search. She was responsive and knew the right questions to ask.
I visited the Houston area for a couple of days to view homes. She immediately knew my wants and needs in a home and although I found nothing within the few days of visiting, she kept me abreast of all the new listings and FaceTime'd me to view the properties. Through this avenue I found the perfect home... and without viewing the home in person, I decided this was the home for me.
Jamie is a true professional. Not only was she there for inspection, notating any issues and spoke to the sellers on my behalf to ensure any repairs were completed. Jamie is THE BEST REAL ESTATE agent in Houston! I am relocating to Texas, and I was referred to Jamie by a lender. I sent over a list of properties, and she looked over my list and made some suggestions and insights on the properties that were thoughtful and useful for my needs. From that moment, I knew that she was my realtor. My dream living space became available, and Jamie did a virtual tour the next day. She then helped me create a strategy to buy the property. We submitted our offer, and the seller accepted immediately. The living space is a historic building. At some points, it became apparent that a standard loan would not work for the property.
