“After searching for a realtor online that understood how the VA loan process worked Rickey was the first person to pop up and we are thankful that he was. Rickey upon the inital meeting showed to be honest/personable and overall a great guy. Rickey helped my wife and I with every question we had, he gave clear explanations for everything to help us understand and showed nothing but confidence and professionalism when helping us speak to the builders. If it wasn't for Rickey I know we would not be as happy as we are now with the home that we bought. Not only is Rickey great at his job but he is phenomenal when it comes to helping vets with the housing market and anything going on in their personal lives. I consider Rickey not only my realtor but a friend. If anyone ever asks if I know someone to help them with the home buying process Rickey will be always be the guy I recommend. Thank you for everything Rickey and thank you for helping my wife and I's dream home be found!”

“Kathy helped us sell our house. She was very patient with our situation. Through a very complicated divorce, she was extremely helpful with the selling of our home. After a long battle, she held strong through the whole process. Extremely patient and knowledgable about real estate. Will use her in the future.”
