We were lucky to find Albert as our agent. The house hunting process was very easy. I would send him a list of homes the night before I would like to see the houses, and he made sure we saw everything I requested.
During the closing process, he took care of all details and made sure the closing went smoothly. Even after the home closed, he made sure I was able to move into my home without any problems.
I have recommended Albert to family and friends, and look forward to working with again.

I have known Albert Yanez for a long time. Over the years he has listed 2 homes for sale and I purchased 2 homes with him. He is always very professional and has always gone above and beyond what I have asked of him. Albert is very patient and was always available to show us homes even after hours.
