Dave Noel began his real estate career in 2007. He joined one of the top-producing real estate teams in the United States and quickly became recognized as a top sales agent. Over the last 18 years, Dave has assisted over 700 families in the purchase and sale of their homes.

In 2010, Dave established Dave Noel Realty. This allowed him to provide a hands-on approach to his business and his clients. Dave prides himself on assisting his clients throughout the entire real estate process, from the initial meeting to accompanying them at the closing table. He is present at every inspection and keeps his clients informed and educated throughout the process.

Before his career in real estate, Dave enjoyed a long career in the construction industry, owning and operating Timberline Design and Apex Flooring of The Woodlands. He remains an active licensed contractor in the state of California, known for having some of the most challenging building codes in the country.

From the time I sent my first email to him (from Florida) to the day we closed on our home on 09/25/2013 he has been extremely generous with his time. When I flew in from Florida in late August, he was more than happy to pick me up from the Hobby Airport, although it was close to an hour away from The Woodlands. Dave was very easy to work with. His knowledge of The Woodlands was very helpful to us as we did not know the area. After we bought our house we turned around and leased it until we will eventually live in the house ourselves. Again, Dave went above and beyond to help us lease the house and work with us through the process.
