“I contacted them to help me find a realtor to sell my parents' home. Agent Pronto referred me to Larry Chapman of Drake Chapman Realty. What I thought was going to be a difficult drawn out process was exactly the opposite. Teresa and Larry were so kind and helpful! They answered all of our questions and made the process pain free! I highly recommend Drake Chapman Realty and would absolutely use Agent Pronto again.”
“Jennifer was professional, knowledgeable, and always responded to questions quickly. She attended most showings to ensure the property was secured after the showing. This was important because I moved out of state. Overall a good experience.”
“Lynlea was very knowledgeable, accommodating, always accessible and totally recognized what an important process this was for me. She was respectful and addressed my concerns in a professional manner. I plan to ask for her guidance and support again soon to sell my previous home. “Tammy went the extra mile. An offer had been made on a house we were very interested in and Tammy requested a back-up offer option. That offer was accepted, the previous offer fell through and we now own the property. Had she not taken that extra step, we may not have known about the situation with the first offer.”
