For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $563,100 in Utah for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $555,250 in May.

Millard County had 9 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 39—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

Of those 39 active listings, 25.64% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Millard County fell 8.98% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $375,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
