Jon was recommended to me by a trusted neighbor. We had some things to do that ended up taking months to complete. He was kind and patient and even generous during this time. When it came time to list the house he brought a team with him to photograph and carefully go through the features the home offered. They listed the house on a Friday and by Tuesday we had 4 offers that were all great. He guided us through these offers for the best profit and ease of closing. The listing to closing was just under one month. I feel we have made lasting friends with Jon, his wife, and wonderful assistant Lisa. If I need to sell or buy a house in the future, he will be my only choice.
