Richard went above and beyond for us. From getting us in to see a bunch of homes to making sure we always knew what was happening during the homebuying process, he was just amazing to work with. Richard helped us find a house that met our needs. It is a new build in a planned community. It then took a year for the house to be finished, including several missed deadlines and changes from the builder and the city zoning people. Richard was proactive in contacting all the people who had information important to us. He talked us through all of the decisions we faced along the way. The experience with the seller/builder was unbelievably frustrating, and Richard was an invaluable resource every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
