Richard went above and beyond for us. From getting us in to see a bunch of homes to making sure we always knew what was happening during the homebuying process, he was just amazing to work with. We were first-time buyers, so we had a lot of questions, but Richard was always ready and willing to help us make sense of a complicated process. Can't say enough about how much better he made this whole experience. We ended up in a great home with his help. Extremely grateful and fortunate to have had him take sure great care of us.

Richard helped us find a house that met our needs. It is a new build in a planned community. It then took a year for the house to be finished, including several missed deadlines and changes from the builder and the city zoning people. Richard was proactive in contacting all the people who had information important to us. He talked us through all of the decisions we faced along the way. The experience with the seller/builder was unbelievably frustrating, and Richard was an invaluable resource every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Selling a home is about SO much more than just listing it. There are COUNTLESS details on the back end - details that I didn't have to bear the weight of because of Richard's skilled assistance. From negotiating with interested parties, to scheduling (MANY) showings, to giving sound advice about what changes were needed to help the home show well - as well as what changes were NOT required - to navigating hiccups with inspection reports, buyer financing, weighing the benefits of multiple offers, etc . . . there were SO MANY times when I received updates on these fronts and mentally gave myself a high five for having the good sense to hire a professional to take care of things.

I am absolutely confident that I would have taken financial hits - on inspection negotiations, when dealing with multiple offers with different and complicated financing options, and on a number of other items. At one point, my buyers had a potential issue with their financing. Richard was able to work with them and resolve the problem, so that by the time he told me about it it was a non-issue and I didn't have the stress of wondering if my sale was falling through right as I was in the middle of closing on another home.

Moving is a tiring process physically AND emotionally. Because of Richard’s help, a HUGE chunk of the stress was taken off of my shoulders. He gave me advice about what needed to be done, helped me prioritize, gave pep talks when needed, and took probably HUNDREDS of calls inquiring about the availability of the home. He remained accessible to me, but also knew exactly when to let things rest and back off. He was patient with my questions, and I never once felt hurried or pushed on his end.

As a single mom with two kids and a career, my time is limited. Richard has been the key not feeling as though I’m in it on my own, and he ALWAYS has my best interests in mind. So grateful for him, and would recommend him 1000% any time, any day.
