Richard was terrific to work with on both buying and selling. He bent over backwards to support us every step of the way. He met with us and the builder frequently to support us in differences we had with the builder. He gave us great advice on the home design and even came to the design center to help us finalize the design decisions. He did a fabulous job marketing our home and expertly managed the multiple offers that came in within 48 hours to maximize the sale price. It was a pleasure working with Richard and we highly recommend selecting him as your agent.
