I am a different type of Realtor!

I understands what it is like to stand in your shoes. Relocating several times buying and selling my own properties I am sensitivity towards your journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand personal experience.

Before getting my real estate license, I worked in TV Media Research and Promotion for 15 years. After work and on the weekends, I was remodeling my own home. Learning every aspect of building and construction as an “owner- builder”, with two very young children running around my home / construction zone.

In 2009, I decided leave the TV industry to become a full time investor / property manager / mom. I bought MAJOR fixers, rehabbed the properties, then, turning into rentals. In addition to working with my clients, I manage my own four rental properties.

Since moving to San Diego over 5 years ago, I am involved in my children's schools. I am extremely active at Black Mountain Middle School with the Educational Foundation where I chair of Fall Fest at Black Mountain Middle School, a major school / community fundraiser that raises $50k for the teachers.

When am not working, I am spending time with my family at the baseball fields, a pool, beach or traveling. In fact, I have negotiated some of my best deals on vacation in Spain, Japan and Mexico. The word, “vacation” is the magic word for deal in real estate.

I thoroughly loves her work and enjoys the fantastic people she meets every day – many of whom become her neighbors and friends.
