April’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $860,000—up 0.58% over the previous 12 months. Del Ray had 53 new listings and 44 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 20—up 42.86% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
The median listing price for homes in Del Ray grew 3.66% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $849,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
