Peter was born in Berlin, Germany, and moved back to the United States with his family when he was three years old. He has called Northern Virginia his home for over 20 years. He has lived in McLean, Fairfax Station, Springfield, and Burke, Virginia, and knows these areas extremely well. His family originates from Southern California, where the Bixby family are real estate pioneers. Over the past 120 years, his family has transitioned from ranching and farming to land development and real estate investment. He is carrying on the family legacy in real estate with a focus on the D.C. Metropolitan area.

Peter has amassed a wealth of real estate knowledge over his seven years in the industry, beyond what many may learn in a lifetime. With over 66 homes sold, he has facilitated the transition of over sixty-eight million dollars through his client-centric and hands-on approach with both buyers and sellers alike. His dedication to his clients goes beyond the transaction itself and is made apparent through his efforts to earn his broker’s license, which requires extensive hours of continuing education and a desire to be at the forefront of the real estate industry.
