Rula is an amazing realtor. She has been assisting my wife and I for six months with regard to decisions about my father's single family home (sell or rent) and in preparing the property for rent. Rula generously gave her time and expert advice, often after hours and on weekends, including meeting us numerous times at the property to discuss improvements.
