Inventory in Columbia County has held steady, with 30 active listings in May and no change from the prior month. New listings, however, fell more than 30% compared with a year ago, indicating fewer fresh options coming to market. Pending sales dropped by half from April, suggesting that contract activity slowed even as supply stayed relatively stable.
