We're extremely satisfied with Lian's services. He's very professional, has a positive attitude, not pushy like a salesman which stood out to us. He treats us more like a friend (in a professional manner), than just "another client" to make a sale off of. We can tell he's all about his clients needs more than his own. He's just a genuine person and it shows.

Lian really stuck with us. Ultimately we house hunted with Lian for a whole year, (through no fault of his own). We had personal issues arise that paused our hunting, and with the market changing so much in that year shifted our search guidelines a couple times. No matter what came up Lian remained positive and dedicated to looking for our dream home and he found it!
