Tracy Burgess was excellent, she sold our house in 12 days in a very tough market. We listed with Tracy because she was referred by a friend and seeing the buyers agent and how dishonest and non trustworthy he was I would only ever use Tracy to sell or buy any other home. I will also tell anyone I know that is selling a home to use Tracy.

With years of experience buying and selling homes, I can say that Tracy stand far above any realtor I've worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market, and went above and beyond marketing the home with multiple open houses. Living more than an hour from the home, she stepped up and fixed any issue that came up all the way to installing a new doggie door to prevent water damage. We will definitely recommend her to everyone we know and use her again if the need comes up!
