WE FIRST MET BILL OVER A YEAR AGO WHEN HE WAS SHOWING A PROPERTY THAT WAS FOR SALE. AT THAT TIME WE TOLD HIM WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTY WE WERE INTERESTED IN, THE LOCATION AND THE SPECIFICATIONS. AS TIME PAST HE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH US AND WHEN THE PROPERTY FULFILLING OUR INTEREST WAS AVAILABLE HE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE WERE ABLE TO BEGIN ITS PURCHASE.
