At a time when condominums were not as high in demand as before, Bill accurately estbalished an asking price that piqued the interest of buyers and enticed them to make offers. All this occurred within days of the property hitting the market. Bill also provided sound guidnace as I evaluated if I should make a counter offer and if I should accept what was proposed by the buyer.

I would use Bill again if buying or selling a property.
