Once again, Bill delivered the goods! We found ourselves in a surprisingly more competitive market than expected. However that did not deter Bill. He creatively provided us with a variety of paths forward and when we needed to pounce we were very well prepared to win.

Bill recently helped us purchase a new home in Marysville and we could not be happier with his services. We were initially referred to Bill by our daughter and son-in-law as he had helped them both sell their prior home for a premium price and buy a new one at a bargain price several years ago. We had a very indefinite idea of what we were looking for beyond two very important criteria (nearness to daughter’s family and large shop) and Bill was invaluable in helping us locate properties that we might like.
