She answered all our calls on nights and weekends and even showed up at our house with a mop and broom to clean just to make sure our house closed on time. Having Sava as your realtor would be your secret weapon. She has the best RE expertise in the business from a RE markets, rules and regulations and protocol aspect, and is also prompt, accessible, and a master at relationships and deal making. She has a natural sixth sense for the best way to approach difficult negotiations, fearless and incredibly creative. She was tireless in my search for a house, and was determined to find the best situation for my circumstances, and then boldly negotiated the best possible outcome for me. Having bought and sold 3 houses prior with different realtors, I was shocked at the difference in service and so grateful for her special talent and superior professionalism.
