Where to start?? Heidi is amazing. She has now helped us with multiple transactions and we have had nothing but a great experience with her every time. This last transaction was a crazy 7 or 8 month long roller coaster ride which started with a builder that I am no longer legally allowed to have an opinion about and ended up with us getting into a better home anyways and getting our offer on the new home accepted on the same day that we accepted an offer on our previous home. Heidi was great for this whole process. She helped us with selling our home, which was also a roller coaster thanks to crazy hot weather and a non-responsive builder. She was able to think outside of the box and come up with creative ideas and always very ethical about everything. She always keeps the buyer and the seller in mind in all the transactions. Heidi is so full of energy all the time and is so happy, but also willing to be a great squeaky wheel when needed to get responses from people.
