Kristi came in and valued my house a lot higher than a previous agent, because of circumstances beyond her control the house & property were a tough sell. Even though there were circumstances beyond her control she marketed the house & in the end we got more than our asking price.

When the first deal fell through she immediately started promoting the house and right away we had another offer.
