Hello, my name is Corey Clark. I have been working in real estate since 2018 and in those 5 years I have had the privilege of selling 96 homes and properties for amazing clients. Since then I have been one of the top producers in my office. I currently have a great team support if ever needed. My philosophy in my business is to be a friend and not a pushy sales person. Integrity is very important to me and creating a working friendship is key in the buying and selling of real estate since it is a stressful and very important transaction in someones life. I also strive to be as hands on with my clients as time allows, meaning if you have something that needs fixed, I can usually do that as I am very handy. Corey is so knowledgeable about the real estate field. He anticipated the repairs that would be recommended by an inspection and we had those done in advance. So when the house went on the market, we had an offer in three days! In three weeks we were closed. I credited this to the preparation that Corey had us do in advance.
