My experience with Nikki was all-around positive. She sold my house and was extremely patient with me while it took me 18(!) months to find the perfect house. She knew the answers to all my questions and negotiated skillfully in both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. She worked very hard for me and always had a smile and a positive attitude.

Nikki was great! She went through over 100 listings and sent us around 20 that would fit our needs and loan type. We got that number to 6, went out to look and loved the last one. She met us back there the next day so we could get a second opinion from family and then walked us through putting in our offer that night. Once the offer was accepted she was very informative and prompt throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and she was always quick to respond and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I gave her number to my parents and now she's helping them find their new home.

Nikki is a good realtor, she helped me get a nice home at a good price. Tacoma homes were selling really quickly and her responsiveness helped close the deal.

nikki is very good at what she does she got me all the appliances and found what i was looking for all with in a 2 month window i was stuck in a ruff time but nikki made it happen i was scared but she really came through was happy to anser all my qwestions and tell me what to do and what not to do from start to finish she turnd out to be a very valubule wepon for me and i would recomend her to any one and i all ready have!!! she even found a home seller that was trying to pull a fast one one me and pulled the plug had a fire in the addict electrical was not up to code and half the plumbing was not hooked up! nikki is incredible!!!

Nikki has sold me two rental properties each one was great and Nikki is a great agent I cannot recommend her enough. She is the person that works the hardest for you.
