Year-over-year, Clark County home values in August 2026 edged up while the broader Washington market saw a slight decline. Typical home values rose about 2 percent to roughly $573,000, and active listings increased more than 4 percent even as statewide prices slipped nearly 3 percent and inventory climbed faster.
