“I selected Mary and Julee to list my house after interviewing two other realtors. My house was in a desirable neighborhood, but after my wife passed away, I chose to move rather than remodel our place as we had planned. Julee and Mary came up with a plan for some updates and refurbishment, and while it was more than I had expected to spend, we agreed on a few cuts but mostly went with their plan. They did all the work with the contractors, paid all costs upfront and watched the costs carefully – in a few cases doing the work themselves.
