The typical home value in Mill Creek is projected to be $1,237,500 for the month of November. October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $1,112,500—up 18.04% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $737,500 in Snohomish County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $738,500 in November.

Mill Creek had 14 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 27—down 25.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.

Of those 27 active listings, 59.26% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Mill Creek grew 28.94% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $1,224,980. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell sharply year-over-year. In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 21 days, compared to 31 days in October 2024. However, in recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be rising. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this November.
