Sawyer County home values in July 2026 were slightly higher than a year ago, with the typical home value up a bit over 2 percent year over year while the median list price rose nearly 3 percent. Sales activity told a different story, as homes sold fell more than 13 percent from last year and pending sales dropped nearly 15 percent, even as new listings surged more than 40 percent.
