Over the rolling three-month period ending in September 2026, Wales home values edged up compared with a year earlier, with the typical home value rising about 5 percent. Listing prices also ticked higher year over year, while the number of homes sold fell more than 25 percent, signaling slower turnover. Inventory grew compared with last year, and months of supply climbed sharply, up more than 70 percent.
Looking at the latest rolling data, buyers are seeing a bit more breathing room, with 17 active listings and 3.2 months of supply, which is higher than a year ago but still leans toward sellers. At the same time, pending sales are down more than 40 percent year over year, and new listings are also lower, which keeps overall options limited despite the rise in supply.
