“Dave Werth did a great job negotiating our sale to the buyer. We had some unique challenges, as most sales do, but we had our say in how we wanted it handled. Dave took our requests and came up with some suggestions. We made a choice from those suggestions and the buyer's agent also brought back the counter offer. The House was listed December 12 and closed at the title company on April 8! Great job!”

“We were referred to Erin by Agent Pronto. We started the home search almost a full year before we planned to purchase. Because we were moving from out of state and because of the pandemic, all of our research was conducted online. Erin sent us daily updates so we could compare prices, availability and neighborhoods, and we just moved into our new home.”

“Mike was by far the best agent I have ever worked with and I'm 73 and done this many times. Mike was very knowledgeable but never pushy. He is very gracious, well-organized, and was always punctual. He also was excellent after the sale and all his recommendations ended well. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.”
