Aaron helped me navigate a difficult time in my life with the sale of this house. Closing a chapter and opening a new one. He was there and took phone calls and visits unrelated to the house. He cared and showed compassion while still working on the sale. He is a good, honest man that cares for everyone he comes in contact with.

Being my neighbor, I made Aaron jump through hoops other people probably didn't have to. He negotiated me through the best deal from several offers. We also had a few unexpected turns that he handled admirably. I'm so glad I had Aaron as I was thinking about selling the home myself. Glad I didn't try that.

I had known Aaron personally prior to doing business with him. And while I expected good performance from him, I had no idea how much stronger my personal relationship with him would be after using him as my real estate agent. He truly did a great job understanding my needs, desires, and goals. He also was able to work with my schedule and I never had to wait on him. I will be looking forward to telling people about my experience with him and buying again one day so I can give him a ring.

He did not need to be there during our closing process but he was there because he wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed, and that any questions or concerns we may have had were resolved. As a second time buyer I cannot stress how important it is to find someone that will provide you with this level of assistance when purchasing a new home. This process went very smoothly and I have no complaints. I have already begun to recommend Mr. Blain to friends and family.
