Westlake’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows home values rising strongly compared with a year earlier. The typical home value is up sharply year over year, while the median list price has climbed by roughly half over the same period. Sales activity also looks stronger than last year, with homes sold and pending sales both increasing notably on a year-over-year basis.
