He was honest and up front with us. He showed us multiple homes, and did not complain about giving up his weekend or evening. He was great interacting with our 4-year-old son. He led us to a great mortgage guy (which ended up being the reason the offer on our new home was accepted above 3 other offers). He told us when he did not think a house was right, or when he thought it might need more work than we were looking for (or could afford). We did have to dial back our expectations a bit (due to our own budgetary confinements) but we love our new home!
