We were concerned that initially we were pricing our property too low, however, Adam's comparable analysis was strong, realistic, and on the money, and we went with his work. Other similar profile properties have been on the market much longer. Despite his relatively young age, he is articulate, likeable, confident, and a very solid salesman.
