I met Adam several years ago when he was helping a good friend purchase a beautiful home. Adam's passion and knowledge of the area and real estate industry in general was quite impressive and I knew he'd be the go to guy once the time came for me to sell. I was very thankful Adam was available when I was in need of an agent during an extremely busy time for real estate agents. Adam walked me through the process and was very helpful in getting my condo ready for the market. We encountered a hurdle with our first buyer, and Adam was able to rectify the problem and had another buyer lined up within a matter of hours, eliminating a major amount of stress for my wife and I. Adam was very responsive to my needs and questions, whether it be late at night or on the weekend, he worked hard and got the job done.
