We appreciated working with Alex. He did a great job of finding out what we were looking for, learning about us to make sure we were heading in the right direction and how our desires for what we were looking for would do in the markets we were looking it. He didn't pressure us to move up our price range, he just let us know the challenges of getting what we wanted for what we were willing to pay and gave us the choice and did it all in a respectful way. The added benefit for us was his being able to communicate with my wife in her native language while also being able to fully engage with me and doing an excellent balancing act in addressing us both. He gave great recommendations for the mortgage broker and housing inspector and we were grateful for those recommendations and went with both of them after checking others out as well. He was always available for us and up front without being abrupt or making us feel awkward. I would encourage anyone who is looking in this area to get with Alex and see if he will meet your needs, he has been doing this for 17 years and is very good at it, makes people feel at ease, and knows the area well.
