I have known Alex for 10 years. He knows his business and I have called upon him numerous times to look at properties. He was always cheerful and willing even though I looked at many properties I didn’t buy. When I bought my house in The Villages he knew which house I should buy before I did. I recently sold that house and moved nearer my daughter. He assisted me with guidance even though I needed to use a realtor familiar with another city to make the purchase. He coordinated with the other realtor and made the process easier in doing so. Alex recently listed my home in TheVillages and it sold in 2 weeks in a buyers market. In a world where customer service and personal attention seems rare Alex is that ideal combination of professional and personable. He is authentic and supportive but also honest and can tell you hard truths if necessary. He responds promptly when called and does a great job of communicating. Highly recommend.

Alex was wonderful to work with. This was a difficult process as this was my mother’s home who had recently passed away. Also, I do not live in the state of Florida so this was all done online or via text. Alex was on top of everything and a consummate professional.

Alex exceeded all expectations and provided such exceptional customer service that I felt I must share my experience. So, Alex was my eyes and ears and I had to rely entirely on his advice, description of the property, marketing efforts and communication.
