I would give Alex 6 stars if I could. I posted on a local fb group that we were in the market for something small on the island and Alex along with many other realtors messaged me with links. Most of which I was already aware of and/or I just didn't like. Alex never once seemed frustrated with us or bothered by our demands, like most realtors we have talked to. She continued to send me properties within hours of it being listed. Finally she sent us one that was exactly what we wanted and within 12 hours we were under contract. She was on top of everything the entire way which was a complicated situation since it was apartments being converted to condos and we were the first sale. I was told as a kid that you should work hard regardless of how much money you were getting paid and by no means was Alex making a lot of money on this small transaction but she treated us as a million dollar listing. Will always be thankful
