I highly recommend Allison Brown if you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about what she does. She sold my apartments, and I marveled at her ability to make things run as smoothly as possible. She listed the property for me, and ended up having an open house because she had so many inquiries. It looked like a garage sale more than a property for sale. There must have been 30 people there within a 3 hour period. She gave my tenants gift cards to thank them for showing their apartments, which they very much appreciated. We took the best of the fist full of offers she received and ended up getting $45,000 over the asking price. I don’t know how she kept it all straight. It was amazing!
