Amanda is wonderful. She immediately put us at ease. She knew where to start and every step along the way. I started the process with "I want to buy a house " She took us through the process with grace and ease. I was hospitalized right after we entered escrow, and Amanda kept everything on track for me. She was also very patient driving around Conroe for us to find a home. She was also knowledgeable about what to look for in a house.

Amanda was very accommodating to the often strange scheduling of viewings that we went through. She also didn't bat an eye at the number of places we looked at while searching for that one that was to be ours. She sold my Dad’s home for about $30,000 more than other agents felt like it would sell for with only $11,000 in repairs etc. I like the confidence of her own knowledge of the market that made me feel like it would go well.
