It was a great experience for us. She is friendly and knowledgeable about what she does. She would talk to us whenever we could talk, even if it was 10:00 at night. She was great! The most useful thing Amanda did to help sell the house was to help us know a fair price and then we got even more. We wouldn’t change anything, and she has a great assistant too!

When it came time to do the final walkthrough, the seller was not finished packing & left lots of trash. Amanda solved the problem quickly by finding a company to come pick the trash up & get the seller to pay for it. Amanda is simply one of the best we have ever used in buying/selling real estate!!
