She was amazing from the get go! She even went on her own time and checked into things our builder claimed they were doing to make sure we didn't get a fast one pulled on us. Even after the purchase and move in she has still reached out to update us on a few concerns we had and to see how we are doing. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat! If you're looking for an amazing Real Estate agent - I highly recommend Amanda Staines. She is an expert in her field, really patient in answering questions or concerns, easily available, integrous, and pleasant to work with. Not only did she help me sell my last home, but she's helping me purchase my next one...wouldn't want anyone else in my corner!

Amanda walked us through the very difficult process of selling our home of 20 years. She took great care to explain every step of the process and was patient with us as we navigated 38 offers on our home. She is a consummate real estate professional and a one of a kind person.

We interviewed a lot of other agents before we met Amanda. A couple of them seemed OK, but none really stood out. We were out looking at houses one day and happened to visit one where Amanda was the site agent. Within a few minutes she understood what we were looking for and provided detailed information none of the previous agents had bothered with. My wife and I both immediately agreed that she was our choice for the sale of our existing home, as well as assisting us with the purchase of a new one.

I worked with Amanda in the purchase of my home, so when it came time to sell it, i didn't even think. I already knew who the best was. I called her up and within days she had a full market analysis, recommended pricing and marketing plan in place.

Amanda is amazing! She works tirelessy for her clients and delivers in spades on her commitments. She went above an beyond to make sure that my house sold as quickly as possible and at the price I wanted. I listed the house on 11/11 (going into the holiday season) and we closed on 2/11. She never stopped showing right through the holidays- unbelievable dedication.

We had a tricky situation with our buyer's financing that caused a few delays. Amanda's experience and knowledge gave her the ability skillfully navigate those waters and push the sale through in record time. She never stopped advocating for me made sure the deal was done at full asking and on time...I wouldn't want anyone else negotiating on my behalf in that situation.

On a more persoanl note, I had two cats and a dog to contend with while showing. Amanda was great at reminding the agents to be mindful of the cats, even putting little signs at each entrance reminding them to not let them out. She would sit near the kennel with my dog during open houses and pet her to keep her calm when there were crowds. Not every agent does those things.

Amanda truly cares about her clients. She listens, advises, educates when needed, and makes it a personal mission to take care of you throughout the process. She's the perfect package of personality, kindess, and shrewd negotiator all rolled into one!
