Dawsonville had 24 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 77—up 8.45% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 77 active listings, 49.35% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Dawsonville fell 4.26% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $402,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
